Goof's story:
Through my one-man-operation 'Publications
on Aviation' I keep track of everything that concerns aviation.
From delta-flying to warbirds, from large cargo-carriers
to tiny Cessna 152's. I'm especially interested in warbirds,
and I consider the Yak, although not really old, let alone
outdated, by it's character and looks a real warbird.
I have my PPL since 1992, and about 300 hours on Rallye
150, Cessna 152 and 172, and I like to fly as many planes
as I can under careful supervision or DBO: Nanchang (some
aerobatic training), P-51 (1 hour of DBO including aerobatics),
Lockheed Orion (20 minutes right seat), Delta (3 hours solo,
mountain and tow-starts), Scheibe Falcke (some thermal flying),
Stemme (3 hours), Cub-on-floats (about 10 waterstarts and
landings), Lancair (about 1 hour DBO, one landing), Delfin
L-29 (0,5 hours DBO, one landing), Cessna 337 (0,5 DBO,
one landing). Read more? www.goofbakker.nl
